Allowing Direct Purchases of Montana-Produced Foods

S.B. 328 allows state entities to purchase Montana food products directly or through standard procurement procedures. State entities may purchase Montana-produced food directly when the quality and quantity are sufficient and the cost does not reasonably exceed the lowest bid for out-of-state products.
