Requiring all farmers' markets and vendors accept all form of payment, or allow a third party to operate a redemption program for local, state, or federal food assistance programs

This law requires all Farmers’ Markets and their vendors to accept all forms of payment or to “allow a legitimate and duly authorized third party to occupy space within the Farmers’ Market area” to operate a redemption program for participants of federal, state, or local food assistance programs.
