Defining community center and specifying that it may serve as a local food hub

This provision defines “community center” for purposes of the “use” chapter of the zoning title of the city’s code. It specifies that, among other things, a “community center” “may serve as a local “food hub” where regionally grown food, including value added food, can be grown and/or brought for distribution and sale.
