Classifying businesses that provide food and other necessities of life for vulnerable individuals as "critical businesses" for the purposes of the city's "Hunker Down Order"

Section 5(g) of this Hunker Down Order classifies businesses that provide food, shelter, and social services, and other necessities of life for economically disadvantaged, unsheltered, or otherwise vulnerable individuals as “critical business,” which are exempt from ordered business closures and are encouraged to remain open.
