Annual farmers market nutrition program report

This law directs the Kentucky Department of Agriculture to submit an annual report to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture, covering: (1) The amount of funding received for the Kentucky Farmers Market Nutrition Program (see Ky. Rev. Stat. 260.03); (2) the economic impact of the program; (3) strategies implemented to market the program and improve nutrition; and (4) statistics related to the number of individuals served and farmers markets participating in the program.
