This law establishes regulations for all agricultural uses within the city. Animal production is limited to Agricultural districts as a by-right use, and is allowed via SUP in other districts. Crop production is allowed by-right in all districts. Includes aquaculture, aquaponics, and chicken-raising as “crop production” uses, but prohibits all other “animal grazing and… production.” It establishes spatial requirements for the size of gardens within certain districts.
