Excluding agricultural stormwater from prohibited discharges list

This law asserts that persons may not pollute stormwater drainage systems. It states that it is a defense to prosecution if the “discharge of water not composed entirely of stormwater resulted or occurred exclusively from one or more of the following sources …including agricultural stormwater discharge or irrigation water.”
