Establishing the office of sustainability and resilience

This law establishes the duties of the city’s office of sustainability and resilience. Among several other things, the office is directed to develop comprehensive plans, policies and programs that promote urban agriculture, equitable food access and food systems to increase food security through local, fresh, and healthy produce.
