Last Visited 3/31/26
Policy Summary
This law creates conceptual land use plans for all urban state trust land in Arizona. The commissioner will consult with the municipalities where the land is located to ensure this conceptual plan is integrated into the municipality’s land use plan. This will provide opportunities for community members to see which lands are available for sale in urban settings and can create opportunities to make more urban farms and gardens.
